It’s common for us to come into different scenarios.  At Series A very few startups have an existing talent function.  Our Talent Partners are senior and experienced at building a talent function. 

At later stage companies we partner with your people and talent teams and understand your needs.

Our agreements are all flexible as they are rolling contracts so you decide when they end by giving us notice – 30 days for Sourcing or 60 days for Talent Partners.

For individual roles roles with our specialist team we charge either 20% on success or 10% as a token (what is a token?)

For Senior Talent Partners we charge £10,000 / $12,000 / 11, 000 Euros per month with a rolling flexible contract

For Advanced Sourcers we charge £5,000 / $7,000 / 6,000 Euros per month with a rolling flexible contract 

We have a separate team we call the Specialist team and they work on a success basis (20%) or token (10%).  They still work on the same delivery model where we aim to have a shortlist of 5+ candidates within two weeks from start date

Once the pipelines are built up we aim for one hire per week.  Recruitment is never linear and can be unpredictable so the results are often batched but over time (e.g 16 weeks) we aim to have filled 16 roles

We always suggest a chemistry call with our team so you get to know them and we typically present a few options.  When we take the brief we look at your objectives and think about who is the best fit for your team and project 

With the talent partner model we would aim to hire 20+ candidates in 6 months (per talent partner). This would typically cost you £250,000 / $300,000 if you paid on a per hire basis so the cost savings are typically close to £200,000 / $250,000

Adding a Sourcer to work with your own Talent Partners is a massive cost and time saver. Sourcers focus on top of funnel and build pipelines fast (2 roles per week) and run the personalised outreach.
