Yes, you can work with an ETP or ESP even if you don’t have an existing talent team in place. Often our Talent Partners will step into an Interim Head of Talent position and hire in their eventual replacements.
Our agreements range from 3-6 months typically. However if you are looking for shorter
or longer-term support, please get in touch and we will be able to see how we can help.
The investment varies depending on the service you require, as well as how many roles
you’re hiring for. However on average our clients see savings of over 50% compared to
working with agencies, and average client savings in Q1 2022 exceeded £100,000.
Typically we work with Series B – exit startups and scaleups who are hiring a minimum
of 10+ roles over the next 6 months. Often our clients have much more aggressive hiring
goals, with up to 100 hires over the next 6 months. We work with businesses in the UK,
