The freight-forwarding industry took a major knock during the Covid-19 pandemic, contracting 8.7% in 2020 – only intensifying the demand for great talent. Then the global freight-forwarding sector rebounded with double-digit growth in H1 of 2021 alone. With consumer demand expected to keep shooting up over the next four years, the pressure to hire keeps mounting in step with market forces such as geopolitical changes.
